一種含硼第三代鎳基單晶高溫合金的初熔及固溶處理

【摘要】:采用電子探針測(cè)試結(jié)合Thermo-Calc軟件計(jì)算,研究了一種含0.001%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))硼第三代單晶高溫合金枝晶間區(qū)域的初熔過(guò)程。結(jié)果表明,初熔相為M_2B,初熔溫度為1265℃,遠(yuǎn)低于用差示掃描量熱儀測(cè)得的共晶熔化溫度1352℃。采用掃描電鏡分析固溶處理過(guò)程中合金組織的演化過(guò)程,發(fā)現(xiàn)共晶組織中馬賽克狀共晶和扇狀共晶率先溶解,粗大γ′最后溶解。初熔區(qū)域空冷可發(fā)生均質(zhì)形核,重新凝固后的共晶組織呈圓形,初熔組織中粗大γ′組織較初始凝固的粗大γ′組織更細(xì),而相比殘余共晶組織,初熔組織中含有馬賽克狀共晶和扇狀共晶。在通用分步固溶處理制度的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)低于硼化物初熔的首步處理和適當(dāng)提高最終固溶溫度(ST2),可以有效避免初熔并完全消除共晶。
