非平衡組織多次重復(fù)高溫加熱淬火細(xì)化晶粒研究

【摘要】:將低壓轉(zhuǎn)子鋼30Cr2Ni4Mo V粗大非平衡組織多次重復(fù)高溫加熱、保溫適當(dāng)時(shí)間淬火,分析α相再結(jié)晶程度對(duì)細(xì)化晶粒的影響。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)910~1000℃單次高溫加熱、淬火后,其晶粒度達(dá)5.5~6級(jí);兩次重復(fù)高溫加熱910℃×2 h細(xì)化效果較好,晶粒度達(dá)8級(jí);三次重復(fù)高溫加熱910℃×2 h,促進(jìn)了α相發(fā)生完全再結(jié)晶,實(shí)現(xiàn)晶粒均勻化。
