離子輻照樣品的表面處理方法研究

【摘要】:離子輻照實驗已廣泛應(yīng)用于評價反應(yīng)堆壓力容器鋼的輻照損傷效應(yīng),這對樣品表面狀態(tài)提出了苛刻的要求。分別采用機械拋光、振動拋光、電化學(xué)拋光與真空退火的方法對RPV鋼樣品表面進行了處理,采用慢束正電子湮沒-多普勒展寬譜實驗表征了樣品表面的損傷層狀態(tài),采用納米壓痕測試表征了樣品表面的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)。實驗結(jié)果表明:對于RPV鋼離子輻照樣品,建議優(yōu)先采用機械拋光+真空退火處理的方法處理樣品表面,其次可采用電化學(xué)拋光處理方法。同時指出了該結(jié)論也適用于材料化學(xué)成分、強度與韌性等力學(xué)性能及熱處理狀態(tài)等相近的其他低合金鋼離子輻照樣品的表面處理。
[Abstract]:Ion irradiation experiments have been widely used to evaluate the radiation damage effect of reactor pressure vessel steel, which puts forward harsh requirements for the surface state of the sample. The surface of RPV steel was treated by mechanical polishing, vibration polishing, electrochemical polishing and vacuum annealing, respectively. The damage layer on the surface of RPV steel was characterized by slow beam positron annihilation-Doppler broadening spectroscopy. The stress state on the surface of the sample was characterized by nano-indentation test. The experimental results show that the surface of RPV steel irradiated by ion is preferred to be treated by mechanical polishing vacuum annealing and then by electrochemical polishing. It is also pointed out that this conclusion is also suitable for surface treatment of other low alloy steel samples with similar mechanical properties, such as chemical composition, strength and toughness, and heat treatment state.
