晶間腐蝕對304不銹鋼食具鉻離子析出量的影響

【摘要】:本文通過電化學動電位再活化法(EPR)并結(jié)合掃描電鏡(SEM)和金相顯微鏡評價了熱處理溫度對304不銹鋼晶間腐蝕的影響。同時研究了不同敏化程度的304不銹鋼鉻離子析出量情況,以及浸泡時間和浸泡溫度對同一敏化程度的不銹鋼鉻離子析出量的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,304不銹鋼在低溫下進行熱處理,可以避免晶間腐蝕的發(fā)生。在500℃~650℃下熱處理,隨著溫度的上升樣品的敏化度增加,并在650℃左右尤為嚴重。隨著溫度的繼續(xù)上升,樣品的貧鉻現(xiàn)象弱化,敏化度下降。在酸性溶液中隨著敏化度的升高,晶間腐蝕所導致的鉻析出量也隨著增加。但在中性溶液中,敏化度高低對鉻析出量影響甚小。在不同浸泡液中,浸泡時間的延長對試樣的自腐蝕電位有著不同程度的影響,從而改變試樣的耐腐蝕性能。浸泡液溫度的上升,均會加速已發(fā)生敏化的試樣腐蝕,使得鉻離子析出量增大且在含氯酸性溶液中鉻離子析出量最為嚴重。
[Abstract]:The effect of heat treatment temperature on intergranular corrosion of 304 stainless steel was evaluated by electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation (EPR) combined with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and metallographic microscope. The effects of soaking time and soaking temperature on the amount of chromium ion precipitation of 304 stainless steel with the same sensitized degree were also studied.
