AA6016鋁合金熱處理及拉深成形工藝研究

【摘要】:以AA6016變形鋁合金為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其采取了不同的熱處理,得出沖壓成形性能最佳的固溶和時(shí)效處理方式,并研究了拉深速度和壓邊力等工藝參數(shù)對(duì)板料成形性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,AA6016鋁合金沖壓成形性能最佳熱處理方式為540℃保溫40 min的固溶處理及160℃預(yù)時(shí)效10 min處理,可提高其成形極限,改善AA6016鋁合金的成形性能;室溫拉深時(shí)當(dāng)拉深速度為3 mm·min-1,壓邊力大小為1.2 N·mm-2時(shí),拉深成形性能良好,可以得到極限拉深比為1.7,為AA6016鋁合金在汽車車身方面的應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)。
