【摘要】：以AA6016變形鋁合金為研究對象,對其采取了不同的熱處理,得出沖壓成形性能最佳的固溶和時效處理方式,并研究了拉深速度和壓邊力等工藝參數(shù)對板料成形性能的影響。結果表明,AA6016鋁合金沖壓成形性能最佳熱處理方式為540℃保溫40 min的固溶處理及160℃預時效10 min處理,可提高其成形極限,改善AA6016鋁合金的成形性能;室溫拉深時當拉深速度為3 mm·min-1,壓邊力大小為1.2 N·mm-2時,拉深成形性能良好,可以得到極限拉深比為1.7,為AA6016鋁合金在汽車車身方面的應用提供了理論依據(jù)。
