5083鋁合金的熱變形組織演變及晶粒度模型

【摘要】:通過等溫壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)、光學(xué)顯微鏡與透射電鏡研究了變形溫度300~450℃、應(yīng)變速率0.01~1s-1、真應(yīng)變0.36~1.2范圍內(nèi)變形條件對(duì)5083鋁合金熱變形組織演變的影響。結(jié)果表明:升高熱變形溫度或降低應(yīng)變速率均可促進(jìn)5083鋁合金的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶發(fā)生,使變形后5083鋁合金位錯(cuò)密度降低,再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸增大;隨著應(yīng)變量的增加,變形后合金的位錯(cuò)密度降低,動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶程度增大。根據(jù)唯象理論的指數(shù)模型,利用線性回歸方法建立了5083鋁合金動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒度模型,模型計(jì)算值與實(shí)測(cè)值吻合良好,平均相對(duì)誤差僅為4.6%。
