超聲鑄造2219鋁合金均勻化工藝及第二相演變

【摘要】:采用DSC、金相、掃描電鏡及能譜分析等方法,研究超聲鑄造2219鋁合金均勻化工藝及合金鑄錠中的第二相在不同均勻化制度處理過程中的演變規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:超聲鑄造2219鋁合金鑄錠中存在大量非平衡凝固共晶體,其中的低熔點(diǎn)非平衡共晶相為Al_2Cu相,其過燒溫度為560.79℃;在均勻化熱處理過程中,該非平衡凝固共晶體不斷向合金基體溶解,其數(shù)量、形態(tài)和分布均發(fā)生很大變化;鑄錠中還存在少量長條狀含鐵相,該相在某些均勻化制度處理下變得粗大;該合金較合理的均勻化制度為550℃,24 h。
[Abstract]:By means of DSC, metallography, SEM and EDS, the homogenization process of 2219 aluminum alloy in ultrasonic casting and the evolution of the second phase in the alloy ingot in different homogenization systems were studied.
