基于RSM的鋁合金大鍛件局部加載成形質(zhì)量控制

【摘要】:為解決局部加載條件下鋁合金大型鍛件成形過(guò)程中微觀組織不均勻與過(guò)渡區(qū)筋部充填不滿的問(wèn)題,借助于響應(yīng)面法(RSM)與數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的策略對(duì)鍛件局部加載成形工藝進(jìn)行研究。以鍛件微觀組織均勻性和填充性作為質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo),建立坯料溫度、壓力機(jī)速度、上模斜角角度、道次與質(zhì)量指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系模型,并得到合理的工藝參數(shù):坯料溫度為440℃,壓力機(jī)速度為10 mm/s,上模斜角角度為158°,3道次成形,各道次壓下量分別為20,20和5 mm,將得到的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行再模擬并應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)試制。對(duì)生產(chǎn)試制得到的鍛件的典型截面進(jìn)行組織觀察。研究結(jié)果表明:模擬和實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的鍛件微觀組織均勻,分布規(guī)律一致,且鍛件均充填完整,所提出的策略能有效對(duì)大型鍛件局部加載成形宏、微觀質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of uneven microstructure and defect of reinforcement filling in transition zone during the forming process of large aluminum alloy forgings under local loading conditions, The local loading forming process of forgings was studied by means of response surface method (RSM) and numerical simulation. Taking the microstructure uniformity and filling property of forgings as the quality evaluation target, the relationship model between blank temperature, press speed, upper die angle, pass number and quality index is established.
