第三代汽車鋼溫?zé)岢尚喂に囇芯考靶阅茉u價

【摘要】:中錳鋼為最新的第三代汽車鋼,其成形性和力學(xué)性能的改善是當(dāng)前汽車輕量化領(lǐng)域的前沿課題。提出超細晶中錳鋼的溫?zé)岢尚渭夹g(shù),通過科學(xué)優(yōu)選奧氏體化溫度、保溫時間和成形溫度作為工藝參數(shù)因子,采用正交試驗和極差分析的方法,引入斷裂韌度性能參數(shù),綜合評估抗拉強度、伸長率、撕裂強度及單位面積裂紋擴展能性能指標,得出溫?zé)岢尚沃绣i鋼的最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)組合,即奧氏體化溫度為810℃、保溫時間為7 min、成形溫度為550℃。并通過斷口形貌和真實的汽車B柱沖壓件,從微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和宏觀性能角度驗證了所得工藝參數(shù)的有效性。測試結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)采用最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)組合時,具有均勻的斷口形貌特征;微觀結(jié)構(gòu)具有細化的馬氏體板條形貌,板條平均長度尺寸在2~3μm;宏觀性能良好,抗拉強度均在1 400 MPa以上,具有較好的塑性和斷裂韌度。研究結(jié)果表明,溫?zé)岢尚渭夹g(shù)是有效的中錳鋼沖壓成形方法,為第三代汽車鋼的溫?zé)岢尚螌嶋H應(yīng)用起到積極的促進作用。
[Abstract]:Medium manganese steel is the newest third generation automobile steel. The improvement of its formability and mechanical properties is a frontier subject in the field of automobile lightweight. The warm forming technology of ultrafine grain manganese steel was put forward. The parameters of fracture toughness were introduced by orthogonal test and range analysis by selecting the austenitizing temperature, holding time and forming temperature as process parameters. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of tensile strength, elongation, tear strength and crack growth energy per unit area, the optimum process parameters of manganese steel in warm forming are obtained, that is, the austenitizing temperature is 810 鈩,
