第三代汽車(chē)鋼溫?zé)岢尚喂に囇芯考靶阅茉u(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:中錳鋼為最新的第三代汽車(chē)鋼,其成形性和力學(xué)性能的改善是當(dāng)前汽車(chē)輕量化領(lǐng)域的前沿課題。提出超細(xì)晶中錳鋼的溫?zé)岢尚渭夹g(shù),通過(guò)科學(xué)優(yōu)選奧氏體化溫度、保溫時(shí)間和成形溫度作為工藝參數(shù)因子,采用正交試驗(yàn)和極差分析的方法,引入斷裂韌度性能參數(shù),綜合評(píng)估抗拉強(qiáng)度、伸長(zhǎng)率、撕裂強(qiáng)度及單位面積裂紋擴(kuò)展能性能指標(biāo),得出溫?zé)岢尚沃绣i鋼的最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)組合,即奧氏體化溫度為810℃、保溫時(shí)間為7 min、成形溫度為550℃。并通過(guò)斷口形貌和真實(shí)的汽車(chē)B柱沖壓件,從微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和宏觀性能角度驗(yàn)證了所得工藝參數(shù)的有效性。測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)采用最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)組合時(shí),具有均勻的斷口形貌特征;微觀結(jié)構(gòu)具有細(xì)化的馬氏體板條形貌,板條平均長(zhǎng)度尺寸在2~3μm;宏觀性能良好,抗拉強(qiáng)度均在1 400 MPa以上,具有較好的塑性和斷裂韌度。研究結(jié)果表明,溫?zé)岢尚渭夹g(shù)是有效的中錳鋼沖壓成形方法,為第三代汽車(chē)鋼的溫?zé)岢尚螌?shí)際應(yīng)用起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。
