1460鋁鋰合金的力學(xué)性能與微觀組織

【摘要】:采用金相觀察、拉伸性能測試及透射電鏡分析等手段研究1460鋁鋰合金的鑄態(tài)組織、薄板T6態(tài)單級時效(160℃)及T8態(tài)雙級時效(5%預(yù)變形,130℃+160℃時效)處理時力學(xué)性能及微觀組織的演化。研究結(jié)果表明:添加微量Sc元素時,凝固時形成Al_3(Sc,Zr)初生相粒子,1460鋁鋰合金鑄錠樹枝晶組織被消除,晶粒呈等軸狀,粒度較小(20~50mm);而冷軋薄板固溶處理后為細(xì)小的帶狀晶粒組織;1460鋁鋰合金主要時效析出強(qiáng)化相為d′相(Al_3Li),其次為T1相(Al_2Cu Li),但在時效過程中可能形成q″(q′)(Al_2Cu)過渡相;在時效過程中,時效前期快速析出d¢相;隨時效時間延長,d′相長大,并析出q¢¢(q′)過渡相;隨著時效時間進(jìn)一步延長,T1相析出,而q″(q′)過渡相消失;與T6態(tài)時效相比,T8態(tài)時效時T1相尺寸降低但密度增大,強(qiáng)度提高。
