無(wú)急回特性曲柄搖桿自動(dòng)拋光裝置的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了對(duì)激光腔體圓弧面進(jìn)行自動(dòng)拋光,達(dá)到鍍銀時(shí)表面粗糙度Ra0.08的要求,需設(shè)計(jì)一種具有圓弧軌跡往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的裝置。根據(jù)零件特點(diǎn),采用無(wú)急回特性曲柄搖桿機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡完成拋光加工。先確定搖桿擺動(dòng)角度和長(zhǎng)度,運(yùn)用機(jī)械原理的知識(shí),計(jì)算出各桿長(zhǎng)的長(zhǎng)度,再運(yùn)用Creo2.0軟件進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真,并通過(guò)實(shí)物對(duì)零件進(jìn)行拋光試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,無(wú)急回特性曲柄搖桿自動(dòng)拋光裝置設(shè)計(jì)方案可行,表面粗糙度檢測(cè)結(jié)果為Ra0.05,能夠滿足加工要求,可實(shí)現(xiàn)一次裝夾加工4個(gè)工件。
[Abstract]:In order to automatically polishing the arc surface of a laser cavity to meet the requirements of surface roughness Ra0.08 for silver plating, a reciprocating device with circular arc trajectory is designed. According to the characteristics of the parts, the track of the crank rocker mechanism without quick return characteristics is used to finish polishing. Firstly, the swing angle and length of rocker rod are determined, the length of each rod length is calculated by using the knowledge of mechanical principle, and then the kinematics simulation is carried out by using Creo2.0 software, and the polishing test of the parts is carried out through the material object. The results show that the design scheme of automatic polishing device for crank and rocker without quick return characteristic is feasible, and the result of surface roughness measurement is that Ra0.05, can meet the requirements of machining and can be clamped to process 4 workpieces at one time.
