同軸監(jiān)測(cè)激光深熔焊熔池小孔的特征分析

【摘要】:為了研究激光焊接工藝參量以及焊接材料對(duì)熔池、小孔形貌的影響,搭建了激光焊接同軸監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),對(duì)比研究了有無(wú)輔助光源和不同工藝條件下、采用中心波長(zhǎng)分別為532nm和808nm窄帶濾光片同軸監(jiān)測(cè)的熔池、小孔圖像特征。結(jié)果表明,采用808nm激光輔助光源照明和808nm窄帶濾光片,可清晰地拍攝到熔池、小孔以及穿透孔特征圖像;相同的工藝條件下,熔池變化小,小孔動(dòng)態(tài)波動(dòng)且波動(dòng)幅度小,穿透孔的時(shí)變動(dòng)態(tài)特征較小孔則明顯不同;熔池寬度隨激光功率的增加而增大,隨焊接速率增大而減小;不同材料激光焊接的熔池、小孔和穿透孔的同軸監(jiān)測(cè)驗(yàn)證了本監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。該研究對(duì)激光焊接質(zhì)量實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控有理論指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of laser welding parameters and welding materials on weld pool and pore morphology, a laser welding coaxial monitoring system was built. The image features of melting pool and pinhole with center wavelength of 532nm and 808nm narrow-band filter were used. The results show that the characteristic images of molten pool, small hole and penetrating hole can be clearly captured by using 808nm laser assisted light source and 808nm narrow band filter, and under the same process conditions, the change of melting pool is small, the dynamic fluctuation of small hole is small, and the amplitude of fluctuation is small. The time-varying dynamic characteristics of penetrating holes are obviously different from those of small holes. The width of molten pool increases with the increase of laser power and decreases with the increase of welding rate. The stability of the monitoring system is verified by coaxial monitoring of small holes and piercing holes. The research has theoretical significance for laser welding quality real-time monitoring.
