TB8鈦合金形變誘導超塑性研究

【摘要】:采用形變誘導法對TB8鈦合金進行了超塑性拉伸實驗,研究了變形溫度、預變形量和中間保溫時間對該合金超塑性性能及微觀組織演變的影響。結(jié)果表明:與恒應變速率法拉伸相比,該方法拉伸后合金的超塑性得到大幅度地提升;變形溫度為750℃、預變形量為50%和保溫時間為20 min時,該合金的超塑性能最好,伸長率為796.1%。預變形階段,脫溶析出和再結(jié)晶雙重優(yōu)化作用使亞穩(wěn)態(tài)β相轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧毿【鶆虻脑俳Y(jié)晶組織,在后續(xù)變形過程中,細小彌散的α相既能抑制再結(jié)晶晶粒過分長大,又能在一定程度上使再結(jié)晶組織發(fā)生應變集中而破碎。超塑性變形后合金的微觀組織仍然保持較好的等軸狀,具有典型的超塑性變形特征。
[Abstract]:The superplastic tensile tests of TB8 titanium alloy were carried out by means of deformation-induced method. The effects of deformation temperature, pre-deformation amount and intermediate holding time on the superplasticity and microstructure evolution of the alloy were studied. The results show that the superplasticity of the alloy is greatly improved compared with the tensile method of constant strain rate method, and the superplastic energy of the alloy is the best when the deformation temperature is 750 鈩,
