鎂合金織構(gòu)演化晶體塑性力學(xué)模型的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:晶體塑性力學(xué)建立于位錯(cuò)理論,能夠?qū)⒉牧系乃苄宰冃涡袨楹臀⒂^組織變化聯(lián)系起來,被廣泛應(yīng)用于形變織構(gòu)的研究中。簡述了鎂合金的塑性變形機(jī)制,介紹了晶體塑性力學(xué)在鎂合金織構(gòu)演化模擬中的應(yīng)用發(fā)展過程,重點(diǎn)對(duì)泰勒模型、彈塑性自洽模型、粘塑性自洽模型、彈粘塑性自洽模型的研究過程及其應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述。最后指出了晶體塑性力學(xué)模型在鎂合金織構(gòu)演化應(yīng)用中存在的問題,并展望了其在鎂合金變形織構(gòu)模擬中的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The plastic mechanics of crystals is based on dislocation theory, which can relate the plastic deformation behavior of materials to the changes of microstructure, and is widely used in the study of deformation texture. The plastic deformation mechanism of magnesium alloy is briefly described, and the application and development of crystal plastic mechanics in the evolution simulation of magnesium alloy texture are introduced. The Taylor model, elastic-plastic self-consistent model and viscoplastic self-consistent model are emphasized. The research process and application status of elasto-viscoplastic self-consistent model are reviewed. Finally, the problems existing in the application of the crystal plastic mechanics model in the evolution of magnesium alloy texture are pointed out, and the prospect of its application in the deformation texture simulation of magnesium alloy is prospected.
