鎂合金表面稀土鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜的制備與耐蝕性能

【摘要】:目的在鎂合金表面制備稀土鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜,以改善鎂合金的耐蝕性能。方法利用化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化技術(shù)在鎂合金表面制備出稀土鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜,進(jìn)而采用SEM、EDAX及電化學(xué)測(cè)試技術(shù)等系統(tǒng)研究鈰鹽濃度、添加劑含量、轉(zhuǎn)化時(shí)間和轉(zhuǎn)化溫度對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)化膜形貌、成分和耐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果稀土鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜呈金黃色,由Mg、Ce和O組成,表面存在網(wǎng)狀裂紋。轉(zhuǎn)化膜的耐蝕性隨鈰鹽濃度、添加劑含量、轉(zhuǎn)化溫度、轉(zhuǎn)化時(shí)間的增加呈現(xiàn)先增加后降低的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)論稀土鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜由Mg和Ce的氫氧化物和氧化物組成。鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜的最佳工藝條件為:Ce(NO3)3質(zhì)量濃度10~15 g/L,H2O2添加含量25~50 m L/L,轉(zhuǎn)化溫度40℃,轉(zhuǎn)化時(shí)間30 min。經(jīng)稀土鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化處理后,鎂合金的耐蝕性能得到了明顯的改善。
[Abstract]:Aim to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy by preparing rare earth cerium salt conversion film on the surface of magnesium alloy. Methods rare earth cerium salt conversion films were prepared on magnesium alloy surface by chemical conversion technology. Conclusion rare earth cerium salt conversion film is composed of hydroxides and oxides of Mg and Ce.
