冷卻速率對Cr23鑄鐵凝固組織及在熱堿溶液中腐蝕行為的影響

【摘要】:研究了砂型冷卻、金屬型冷卻和水冷冷卻條件下,冷卻速率對Cr23高鉻鑄鐵凝固組織的影響,以及各試樣在熱堿(Na OH,80℃)溶液中的腐蝕行為。結果表明:隨冷卻速度的增加,Cr23中的碳化物和共晶團細化,碳化物分布更加均勻。在不同的冷卻速度下,腐蝕速率均先增加后趨于平穩(wěn)。在堿溶液中的腐蝕初期,在電化學腐蝕作用下形成腐蝕產(chǎn)物,導致腐蝕速率增加。當腐蝕產(chǎn)物聚集在Cr23表面達到一定厚度時,有效地降低了腐蝕速率。冷卻速度的提高改善了Cr23的凝固組織,降低了兩相(奧氏體與滲碳體)的電位差,減小了腐蝕電流。因而,水冷試樣的腐蝕速率最低,砂型試樣的腐蝕速率最高。
