【摘要】：焊接是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中各行各業(yè)廣泛采用的一種加工連接方式。焊接件由于是通過將兩部分工件熔化在凝固成一體的過程,所以相對于其他如鉚接、螺紋連接等連接方式具有堅固耐用的特點。在多年以來的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,人們發(fā)明了各種焊接方式,包括電弧焊、氬弧焊、埋弧焊、二氧化碳氣體保護焊、電子束焊和等離子焊多種焊接方式。近年來,又新興起一種焊接方式就是激光焊。這種焊接方式具有高效、高質(zhì)的優(yōu)點,在不長的時間內(nèi)受到了廣泛的歡迎。本文將就激光焊接方式和其他焊接方式進行對比分析研究,可以在以后的生產(chǎn)中更好地利用這種加工方式。
[Abstract]:Welding is a kind of processing and joining method widely used in various industries in industrial production. Welding is a process by which two parts of the workpiece are melted and solidified into one, so it has a strong and durable characteristic compared with other joining methods such as riveting and thread joining. Various kinds of welding have been invented in industrial production for many years. In recent years, a new welding method is laser welding. This welding method has the advantages of high efficiency and high quality, and is widely welcomed in a short time. The comparative analysis of other welding methods can make better use of this processing method in future production.
