環(huán)境溫度對磁控濺射Ti-Al-Si-N涂層摩擦學性能的影響

【摘要】:目的探索磁控濺射制備的Ti-Al-Si-N涂層在不同環(huán)境溫度下的摩擦學性能。方法利用磁控濺射技術,在AISI304不銹鋼表面制備了Ti-Al-Si-N涂層,采用掃描電鏡、能譜儀和X射線衍射儀研究了涂層的成分與微觀結構,利用HT-1000型高溫摩擦磨損試驗機,以直徑為5 mm的Al_2O_3球作為摩擦副,研究了Ti-Al-Si-N涂層在室溫、200、400、600℃時的摩擦學性能。結果磁控濺射制得的Ti-Al-Si-N涂層表面平整、致密,具有典型的柱狀晶結構;在室溫、200、400、600℃的環(huán)境溫度下,涂層的摩擦系數(shù)分別為0.6、0.35、0.25和0.2,磨損體積分別為0.319、0.232、0.0149和0.0136 mm~3。涂層的摩擦系數(shù)和磨損體積均隨溫度的升高而降低。結論隨著測試溫度的升高,磨痕區(qū)域生成越多的以氧化鈦和氧化鋁為主的氧化物,其具有一定的減摩作用。在室溫下,涂層的磨損機理主要為疲勞剝落,200℃時為磨粒磨損,400℃時為磨粒磨損和氧化磨損,600℃時主要為氧化磨損。
