ZM5石膏型反重力鑄造熱處理組織與性能研究

【摘要】:通過對鎂合金進(jìn)行石膏型反重力鑄造及時(shí)效熱處理,研究了熱處理工藝對ZM5鎂合金顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的影響,結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)400~420℃固溶處理后,α相晶界上仍留有少量骨骼狀β相。時(shí)效期間,β相優(yōu)先在晶界非連續(xù)脫溶,進(jìn)而在晶內(nèi)連續(xù)脫溶,并進(jìn)行競爭生長。隨時(shí)效溫度升高,由于固溶處理后晶體中空位濃度較高、鋁在鎂合金中體擴(kuò)散系數(shù)增加較快,連續(xù)脫溶相體積分?jǐn)?shù)增加。當(dāng)時(shí)效溫度為190℃時(shí),鎂合金試樣性能較好,其抗拉強(qiáng)度為(257±5)MPa,延伸率(2.5±0.2)%,升高時(shí)效溫度,β相粗化,力學(xué)性能下降。
