高功率光纖激光焊金屬蒸氣圖像輻射亮度的三維重建

【摘要】:以光纖傳像束為基礎(chǔ)搭建激光焊金屬蒸氣的多角度同步成像平臺,從平臺的3個方向獲取金屬蒸氣的二維投影圖像,并以二維投影圖像為基礎(chǔ),采用基于中心投影模型的代數(shù)迭代法進行金屬蒸氣圖像的三維重建,以獲得金屬蒸氣圖像輻射亮度的三維分布.結(jié)果表明:對于高功率激光焊接而言,金屬蒸氣圖像的輻射亮度呈現(xiàn)出由內(nèi)到外而逐漸降低的變化趨勢,其中心部分的輻射亮度分布并不連續(xù),且存在相對孤立的離散區(qū)域;當(dāng)匙孔的開口與激光入射點重合時,金屬蒸氣的尺寸較小且貼近于工件表面;當(dāng)熔池波動而造成匙孔失穩(wěn)時,金屬蒸氣圖像出現(xiàn)了形態(tài)異常和較為顯著的尺寸變化.
[Abstract]:A multi-angle synchronous imaging platform for laser welding metal vapor was built based on optical fiber image transfer beam. The two-dimensional projection image of metal vapor was obtained from three directions of the platform and based on two-dimensional projection image. An algebraic iterative method based on the central projection model is used to reconstruct the metal vapor image in order to obtain the three dimensional distribution of the radiance of the metal vapor image. The results show that for high power laser welding, the radiance of metal vapor image decreases gradually from inside to outside, the radiance distribution in the center of the image is not continuous, and there are relatively isolated discrete regions. When the opening of the keyhole coincides with the laser incident point, the size of the metal vapor is smaller and closer to the surface of the workpiece, and when the key hole is unstable due to the fluctuation of the molten pool, the metal vapor image shows abnormal shape and obvious size change.
