基于MTConnect切削過程的在線實時監(jiān)控方法

【摘要】:制造設(shè)備間的廣泛互聯(lián)、互操作是制造領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)廣泛物聯(lián)的重要前提.對數(shù)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)測,收集數(shù)控系統(tǒng)加工參數(shù)、刀具幾何參數(shù)、零件質(zhì)量檢測等異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行有效地關(guān)聯(lián)監(jiān)控是目前研究的熱點.基于OPC(object linking and embedding for process control)UA(unified architecture)連接數(shù)控系統(tǒng),建立基于MTConnect的"適配器-代理(adapter-agent)"通用數(shù)控系統(tǒng)實時監(jiān)控體系.研究實時監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)模型、通信框架及其訪問策略,給出了機床加工過程監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)模型.開發(fā)的原型系統(tǒng)在某航空薄壁件的實際加工過程進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)控,實現(xiàn)了加工過程數(shù)據(jù)、離線數(shù)據(jù)的綜合可視化表達(dá),驗證了所提出的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)信息集成方法的有效性.該方法構(gòu)建的數(shù)據(jù)模型清晰地表達(dá)了各加工要素,具有很好的可擴展性.
[Abstract]:The wide interconnection and interoperation of manufacturing equipment is an important prerequisite to realize wide connection in manufacturing field. It is a hot point to collect the heterogeneous data of NC system such as machining parameters, tool geometry parameters, parts quality inspection and so on, and to monitor the NC system effectively. Based on OPC (object linking and embedding for process control) UA (unified architecture) to connect numerical control system, a real-time monitoring system of "adapter-agent (adapter-agent)" based on MTConnect is established. The real-time monitoring data model, communication framework and access strategy are studied, and the standard data model of machine tool process monitoring data is given. The prototype system is used to monitor and control the actual machining process of an aviation thin-walled part in real time. The integrated visual expression of machining process data and off-line data is realized, and the effectiveness of the information integration method of the proposed numerical control system is verified. The data model constructed by this method clearly expresses the processing elements and has good expansibility.
