Si對CoCrAlY涂層抗熱腐蝕性能的影響(英文)

【摘要】:采用HVOF技術制備了CoCrAlSiY涂層,用質(zhì)量分數(shù)75%Na_2SO_4+25%NaCl熱鹽涂敷的方法,對比了不同質(zhì)量分數(shù)Si含量(0%、2%及5%)CoCrAlSiY涂層在900℃下的抗熱腐蝕性能。結果表明:隨著反應溫度升高,涂層的平均腐蝕穿透深度呈增加趨勢;隨著Si含量上升,涂層的平均腐蝕穿透深度逐漸下降。腐蝕后CoCrAlSiY涂層內(nèi)生成了高熔點的金屬硅化物CrSi,有助于提高涂層的抗腐蝕性能。
