【摘要】：對汽車用AZ80合金進(jìn)行擠壓鑄造,研究澆注溫度、擠壓壓力、模具預(yù)熱溫度和保壓時間對AZ80合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響,并分析其作用機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,AZ80合金的適宜擠壓鑄造工藝為:澆注溫度700℃、擠壓壓力90MPa、模具預(yù)熱溫度為250℃、保壓時間為25 s,在此工藝下的AZ80合金可以取得較好的強(qiáng)度和塑性結(jié)合;AZ80合金力學(xué)性能的提高,主要與擠壓工藝參數(shù)調(diào)控合金晶粒大小和顯微缺陷有關(guān)。
