汽車用AZ80合金的擠壓鑄造工藝及組織性能研究

【摘要】:對汽車用AZ80合金進行擠壓鑄造,研究澆注溫度、擠壓壓力、模具預熱溫度和保壓時間對AZ80合金組織和力學性能的影響,并分析其作用機理。結果表明,AZ80合金的適宜擠壓鑄造工藝為:澆注溫度700℃、擠壓壓力90MPa、模具預熱溫度為250℃、保壓時間為25 s,在此工藝下的AZ80合金可以取得較好的強度和塑性結合;AZ80合金力學性能的提高,主要與擠壓工藝參數(shù)調控合金晶粒大小和顯微缺陷有關。
