7075鋁合金的梯度時(shí)效及其溫度場(chǎng)模擬

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)一種梯度時(shí)效方法及裝置,采用不同的時(shí)效工藝參數(shù),對(duì)7075鋁合金棒材進(jìn)行梯度時(shí)效處理,測(cè)試合金棒材沿軸向的溫度以及抗拉強(qiáng)度與伸長(zhǎng)率,通過(guò)FLUENT軟件模擬,獲得梯度時(shí)效溫度場(chǎng)并建立等溫云圖和抗拉強(qiáng)度云圖。結(jié)果表明:7075鋁合金棒材梯度時(shí)效處理時(shí),其溫度沿軸向的分布近似于一維穩(wěn)態(tài)分布;當(dāng)時(shí)效溫度從66℃升高到121℃時(shí),合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度從517 MPa提高至599 MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率從12%降低至8%。FLUENT模擬不同時(shí)效工藝參數(shù)下7075鋁合金的溫度場(chǎng)分布,模擬溫度與實(shí)測(cè)溫度的誤差ε(K)2%,等溫云圖和抗拉強(qiáng)度云圖與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果誤差較小,可為梯度時(shí)效傳熱參數(shù)的選擇提供有力的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A kind of gradient aging method and device was designed. The temperature, tensile strength and elongation of 7075 aluminum alloy bar were measured by gradient aging treatment with different aging process parameters. The results were simulated by FLUENT software. The gradient aging temperature field was obtained and the isothermal cloud diagram and tensile strength cloud diagram were established.
