輕合金自沖鉚微動磨損及疲勞性能研究

【摘要】:選擇4組輕合金自沖鉚進(jìn)行疲勞實驗,用掃描電子顯微鏡和能譜儀對其斷口進(jìn)行微動磨損機理分析,并系統(tǒng)地研究了接頭疲勞壽命和失效形式的影響因素。結(jié)果表明,下板與釘腿區(qū)的微動磨損是導(dǎo)致下板沿紐扣斷裂和鉚釘斷裂的主要原因,兩板間的微動磨損是導(dǎo)致上板靠釘頭斷裂的主要原因;微動磨屑主要成分為金屬板材氧化物,并對微動磨損起緩沖作用。增加板厚可提高接頭疲勞壽命,且疲勞載荷較大時壽命提高更為顯著;增加板強可提高接頭疲勞壽命,且壽命提高程度受疲勞載荷影響較小。增加板厚使失效形式從上板斷裂變?yōu)橄掳鍞嗔?增加板強使失效形式從板材斷裂變?yōu)殂T釘斷裂。
[Abstract]:Four groups of light alloy self-impact riveting were selected for fatigue test. The fretting wear mechanism of the fracture surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer, and the influence factors of fatigue life and failure form of joint were systematically studied. The results show that the fretting wear between the lower plate and the nail leg is the main reason leading to the fracture of the lower plate along the button and the rivet, and the fretting wear between the two plates is the main cause of the fracture of the upper plate on the nail head. The main component of fretting debris is metal plate oxide, and it can buffer fretting wear. The fatigue life of the joint can be increased by increasing the plate thickness, and the fatigue life of the joint is increased when the fatigue load is larger, and the fatigue life of the joint can be increased by the increase of the plate strength, and the increase of the fatigue life is less affected by the fatigue load. Increasing the thickness of the plate causes the failure form from the upper plate fracture to the lower plate fracture, and the increase of the plate strength causes the failure form from the plate fracture to the rivet fracture.
