脈沖磁場(chǎng)對(duì)高磁感取向硅鋼初次再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸的影響

【摘要】:利用二次檢測(cè)的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)比普通退火處理和脈沖磁場(chǎng)退火處理,研究不同溫度下脈沖磁場(chǎng)對(duì)高磁感取向硅鋼初次再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著溫度的升高,平均晶粒尺寸增大,且溫度小于780℃脈沖磁場(chǎng)促進(jìn)晶粒長(zhǎng)大,溫度大于780℃脈沖磁場(chǎng)抑制晶粒長(zhǎng)大。此外脈沖磁場(chǎng)抑制小晶粒和中小晶粒數(shù)量減少,促進(jìn)大晶粒數(shù)量增加。
[Abstract]:The effect of pulsed magnetic field on the primary recrystallization grain size of high magnetically oriented silicon steel at different temperatures was studied by comparing the conventional annealing and pulsed magnetic field annealing.
