肉桂酸咪唑啉化合物對N80鋼在鹽酸介質(zhì)中緩蝕性能的研究

【摘要】:目的研究肉桂酸咪唑啉緩蝕劑在酸性介質(zhì)中對N80鋼的緩蝕性能。方法以肉桂酸和羥乙基乙二胺為原料,氧化鋁為催化劑,采用溶劑法合成了肉桂酸咪唑啉化合物,利用紫外光譜和紅外光譜等分析了產(chǎn)物的分子結(jié)構(gòu),利用靜態(tài)失重法、動電位極化和交流阻抗等方法研究了咪唑啉緩蝕劑在鹽酸介質(zhì)中對N80鋼的緩蝕性能,并對其緩蝕機理進行了初步探討。結(jié)果靜態(tài)失重法結(jié)果表明,緩蝕效率與緩蝕劑的質(zhì)量濃度有關(guān),當產(chǎn)物的質(zhì)量濃度達到400 mg/L時,緩蝕效率趨于平穩(wěn),可達86.9%。腐蝕速率隨著溫度的增加而增加,溫度在30~50℃時,咪唑啉具有良好的緩蝕效率。極化曲線研究結(jié)果表明,該緩蝕劑是控制陽極反應(yīng)為主的混合型緩蝕劑,作用類型是幾何覆蓋效應(yīng)。交流阻抗研究結(jié)果表明,該緩蝕劑對碳鋼在鹽酸介質(zhì)中的腐蝕有明顯的抑制作用,緩蝕效率隨著緩蝕劑的質(zhì)量濃度的增大而增大。結(jié)論肉桂酸咪唑啉是一種有效的緩蝕劑,能夠明顯抑制N80鋼在鹽酸介質(zhì)中的腐蝕。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the corrosion inhibition properties of imidazoline cinnamate corrosion inhibitor on N80 steel in acid medium. Methods Imidazoline cinnamate was synthesized with cinnamic acid and hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine as raw materials and alumina as catalyst. The molecular structure of Imidazoline cinnamate was analyzed by UV and IR spectra. The inhibition properties of Imidazoline corrosion inhibitor on N80 steel in hydrochloric acid medium were studied by potentiodynamic polarization and AC impedance. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of Imidazoline corrosion inhibitor on N80 steel was preliminarily discussed. Results the static weightlessness method showed that the inhibition efficiency was related to the mass concentration of the inhibitor. When the mass concentration of the product reached 400 mg/L, the inhibition efficiency tended to be stable, reaching 86.9%. The corrosion rate increases with the increase of temperature. Imidazoline has a good corrosion inhibition efficiency at 30 ~ 50 鈩,
