多失效模式下多狀態(tài)伺服轉(zhuǎn)塔刀架系統(tǒng)頻率可靠性分析

【摘要】:根據(jù)頻率響應(yīng)函數(shù)特性曲線的連續(xù)性,傳統(tǒng)頻率可靠性分析中僅將共振區(qū)與非共振區(qū)二分化值得商榷。提出了多失效模式下多狀態(tài)頻率可靠性分析方法,綜合考慮影響系統(tǒng)固有頻率各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的隨機(jī)性、激勵(lì)頻率的隨機(jī)性,應(yīng)用Monte Carlo仿真估計(jì)出系統(tǒng)頻率可用度,并根據(jù)相關(guān)性分析識(shí)別各結(jié)構(gòu)隨機(jī)參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)頻率可靠性的影響。將該方法用于基于多體系統(tǒng)傳遞矩陣法所建立的伺服轉(zhuǎn)塔刀架系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型中,研究了其頻率可用度以及與系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)最為相關(guān)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),所得分析結(jié)果為系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:According to the continuity of the characteristic curve of the frequency response function, the traditional frequency reliability analysis only divides the resonance region from the non-resonance region. This paper presents a multi-state frequency reliability analysis method under multi-failure mode. Considering the randomness of the structural parameters of the system natural frequency and the randomness of the excitation frequency, the frequency availability of the system is estimated by Monte Carlo simulation. According to the correlation analysis, the influence of random parameters on the frequency reliability of the system is identified. The method is applied to the dynamic model of the servo turret tool holder system based on the transfer matrix method of multi-body system. The frequency availability and the structure parameters which are most relevant to the system state are studied. The results provide a basis for the optimal design of the system.
