鉺微合金化及冷軋后退火對電工鋁合金性能的影響

【摘要】:研究Er微合金化和冷軋后退火對電工用鋁合金性能的影響,以期得到兼具有較高的強(qiáng)度和電導(dǎo)率的電工鋁合金產(chǎn)品。研究結(jié)果表明:Er的添加能夠在退火過程中析出Al_3Er相,提高軋態(tài)組織的再結(jié)晶溫度;AlEr合金樣品由于具有較高的熱穩(wěn)定性,能夠在退火過程中保持強(qiáng)度不明顯下降的前提下,得到具有較高電導(dǎo)率的合金熱處理狀態(tài)。對于文中所涉及的AlEr合金,冷軋后300℃等溫處理24~100 h之間是最為優(yōu)化的熱處理工藝,兼具有較高的強(qiáng)度和電導(dǎo)率。
[Abstract]:The effect of er microalloying and annealing after cold rolling on the properties of electrical aluminum alloy was studied in order to obtain the aluminum alloy with high strength and conductivity. The results show that the addition of% er can precipitate the Al_3Er phase during annealing, and increase the recrystallization temperature of rolled microstructure and the strength of Aler alloy can not be decreased obviously because of its high thermal stability.
