致密化處理對冷噴涂NiAl涂層的高溫氧化行為的影響

【摘要】:通過機械合金化及冷噴涂在鎳基高溫合金(IN738)基體上制備Ni/Al復合涂層。在保護氣氛Ar中熱擴散制備NiAl金屬間化合物涂層。為了研究致密化對NiAl涂層的抗氧化性能的影響,對NiAl金屬間化合物涂層及經(jīng)過噴丸工藝和在1080℃下10h的熱處理獲得的NiAl致密化涂層進行了等溫氧化試驗。將試樣在1020℃下分別進行1h、10h和200h的氧化,采用X射線衍射儀和掃描電子顯微鏡分析了高溫氧化后涂層的組織結構。結果表明,NiAl涂層高溫氧化過程中涂層表面氧化膜剝落情況比較嚴重,1020℃高溫氧化10h時有明顯的氧化膜剝落現(xiàn)象,但涂層內部氧化隨高溫氧化的時間變化不大。致密化處理后NiAl涂層沒有發(fā)生明顯的氧化,并表現(xiàn)出了很好的抗氧化性能,在1020℃高溫氧化200h后,涂層內部仍然沒有發(fā)生明顯的氧化。
