冷卻速率對(duì)Ti-22Al-24Nb-0.5Mo合金顯微組織和拉伸性能的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)Ti-22Al-24Nb-0.5Mo合金(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù),%)進(jìn)行固溶后,分別以爐冷、空冷、油淬和水淬4種不同的冷卻速率冷卻到室溫,再進(jìn)行相同的時(shí)效處理,采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)空冷、油冷和水淬得到的顯微組織為在B2/β相基體上析出彌散分布的α_2相(等軸的和針狀的)和細(xì)小的O相板條構(gòu)成的雙態(tài)組織,且發(fā)現(xiàn)隨冷速增快,在冷卻過(guò)程中析出的α_2相減少,保留BCC相增加;爐冷時(shí)得到無(wú)序的β相,油冷時(shí)得到有序的B2相;4種冷卻速率中,只有爐冷的過(guò)程中有O相析出;對(duì)不同冷卻速率的試樣進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨冷速的增大,650℃的抗拉強(qiáng)度逐漸增大,室溫的強(qiáng)度和塑性也有上升的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:After solid solution of Ti-22Al-24Nb-0.5Mo alloy (mole fraction of%), four cooling rates of furnace cooling, air cooling, oil quenching and water quenching were used to cool the alloy to room temperature, and then the same aging treatment was carried out. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that air cooling was found. The microstructure obtained by oil cooling and water quenching is a two-state structure composed of 偽 -S _ 2 (equiaxed and needle-shaped) and fine O phase strips precipitated on B _ 2 / 尾 matrix, and it is found that the 偽 _ (2) phase precipitated during cooling decreases with the increase of cooling rate. The retention of BCC phase was increased, the 尾 phase was disordered during furnace cooling, and the ordered B2 phase was obtained during oil cooling, only O phase was precipitated in the process of furnace cooling, and the properties of samples with different cooling rates were tested.
