鍛壓溫度對不銹鋼法蘭耐磨損性能的影響

【摘要】:采用不同的始鍛溫度和終鍛溫度進(jìn)行了F40-0.2Cr新型不銹鋼的鍛壓試驗(yàn),并進(jìn)行了不銹鋼法蘭試樣磨損性能和腐蝕性能的測試與分析。結(jié)果表明:在試驗(yàn)條件下,隨始鍛溫度從975℃增大到1075℃或隨終鍛溫度從800℃增大到900℃時,不銹鋼試樣的磨損性能和腐蝕性能均先升高后下降。不銹鋼的始鍛溫度和終鍛溫度分別優(yōu)選為1050、850℃。在其他條件相同的情況下,與975℃始鍛相比,1050℃始鍛時不銹鋼試樣的磨損體積減小45%,腐蝕電位正移151 m V;與800℃終鍛試樣相比,850℃終鍛時不銹鋼的磨損體積減小42%,腐蝕電位正移134 m V。
