一種機(jī)床參數(shù)及其區(qū)間變化范圍的主動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)方法

【摘要】:以機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)固有頻率變化范圍可控為目的,提出一種機(jī)床參數(shù)及其變化范圍的主動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)允許變化范圍的快速計(jì)算。首先,將動(dòng)結(jié)合部剛度參數(shù)變化以區(qū)間數(shù)表達(dá),給出了機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)敏感性區(qū)間的計(jì)算方法以及準(zhǔn)確預(yù)估固有頻率變化范圍的計(jì)算方法;然后,根據(jù)預(yù)先給定系統(tǒng)期望的振動(dòng)模態(tài)及分布,采用區(qū)間數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算法則將機(jī)床參數(shù)的主動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)最終歸結(jié)為求取目標(biāo)函數(shù)的全局優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,確定了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的允許變化范圍;最后,通過(guò)一個(gè)兩軸耦合進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證了所提出方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to control the change range of natural frequency of machine tool structure, an active design method of machine tool parameters and its variation range is presented, which realizes the rapid calculation of the allowable range of structural parameters of the system. Firstly, the dynamic joint stiffness parameters are expressed by interval number, and the method of calculating the sensitivity interval of machine tool structure parameters and the calculating method of estimating the range of natural frequency change accurately are given. According to the desired vibration modes and distributions of the system, the active design of machine tool parameters is reduced to the global optimization problem of the objective function by interval mathematical algorithm, and the allowable range of structural parameters of the system is determined. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by a two-axis coupled feed system.
