SK7732數(shù)控蝸桿磨床主軸靜動態(tài)特性分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著數(shù)控機床技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,對機床的加工精度、穩(wěn)定性等主要參數(shù)的要求也越來越高。數(shù)控磨床作為重要的機械加工設(shè)備,其主軸的性能直接影響磨床的加工性能。為此,本文以SK7732數(shù)控蝸桿磨床砂輪架主軸為例,借助有限元軟件ANSYS,研究了磨床砂輪架主軸的軸承剛度、軸承型號及軸承跨距對主軸靜動態(tài)特性的影響規(guī)律,完成的主要工作如下:(1)以SK7732數(shù)控蝸桿磨床砂輪架主軸為研究對象,建立了兩組彈簧阻尼和六組彈簧阻尼的有限元模型,對兩種有限元模型進行模態(tài)分析,得到了一種磨床砂輪架主軸合理有效的有限元建模方法。(2)以兩組彈簧阻尼的有限元模型為研究對象,在軸承徑向剛度、軸承型號和跨距變化的情況下,對比了主軸靜變形和固有頻率的變化,得出了主軸結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)變化對其靜動態(tài)特性的影響規(guī)律。(3)利用有限元結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化功能,在體積最小和二階振幅最小的條件下,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的變化對靜變形和固有頻率的影響,得出了主軸的最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。本文的研究對于磨床制造企業(yè)提高磨床砂輪架主軸的性能和制造效率,提供了一定的理論依據(jù);且對節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of NC machine tool technology, the requirements of machining accuracy and stability of machine tools are becoming higher and higher. CNC grinder as an important machining equipment, its spindle performance directly affects the processing performance of grinder. For this reason, taking the spindle of SK7732 worm grinding machine as an example, with the aid of finite element software ANSYS, the influence of bearing stiffness, bearing type and bearing span on the static and dynamic characteristics of spindle is studied. The main works are as follows: (1) taking the spindle of SK7732 worm grinder as the research object, the finite element models of two groups of spring damping and six groups of spring damping are established, and the modal analysis of the two finite element models is carried out. A reasonable and effective finite element modeling method for grinding wheel frame spindle is obtained. (2) taking the finite element model of two sets of spring damping as the research object, under the condition of the change of bearing radial stiffness, bearing type and span, The static deformation and natural frequency of the spindle are compared, and the influence of the structural parameters on the static and dynamic characteristics of the spindle is obtained. (3) under the condition of minimum volume and minimum second order amplitude, the optimization function of finite element structure is used. The influence of structural parameters on static deformation and natural frequency is analyzed, and the optimum structural parameters of spindle are obtained. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for improving the performance and manufacturing efficiency of grinding wheel frame spindle in grinding machine manufacturing enterprises, and provides a certain theoretical basis for saving production cost.
