盤形件局部加熱旋壓增厚過程設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對薄輻板厚輪緣盤形件提出一種局部加熱旋壓增厚成形方法。通過數(shù)學(xué)建模,得到了變形前沿即加熱熱源位置隨時(shí)間變化的規(guī)律并給出了相應(yīng)的加熱功率,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,在增厚過程中火焰噴槍近似勻速向圓板中心推進(jìn),在歷經(jīng)不同溫度分區(qū)時(shí),需要施以不同功率才能使變形前沿溫度達(dá)到目標(biāo)溫度。以半徑191 mm、厚度2.5 mm的圓形板料為例進(jìn)行工藝實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)中,旋輪沿徑向向內(nèi)進(jìn)給壓縮輪緣的同時(shí),火焰隨著變形區(qū)前沿的變化而向內(nèi)移動。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,局部加熱能使工件心部支撐材料保持足夠的剛度抵抗失穩(wěn)的產(chǎn)生,單道次增厚比可以達(dá)到2以上,與冷旋相比,能顯著提高增厚效率。
[Abstract]:A local heating spinning thickening forming method for thick wheel flange of thin spoke plate is presented. Through mathematical modeling, the variation of the position of the heat source in the deformation front with time is obtained, and the corresponding heating power is given. The calculation results show that the flame spray gun moves approximately to the center of the circular plate in the process of thickening. In order to reach the target temperature, it is necessary to apply different power to the deformation front temperature when it goes through different temperature zones. Taking the circular plate with a radius of 191 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm as an example, the flame moves inward with the change of the front of the deformation zone while the rotating wheel moves along the inner edge of the radial feed. The experimental results show that the local heating can keep enough stiffness to resist instability and the thickening ratio can reach more than 2. Compared with the cold rotation, the thickening efficiency can be improved significantly.
