高鐵剎車盤鑄造缺陷成因及防止

【摘要】:剎車盤是高鐵制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的重要部件,其鑄造質(zhì)量決定著高鐵的制動(dòng)效果。通過對(duì)鑄件進(jìn)行機(jī)械加工,發(fā)現(xiàn)在樹脂砂疊箱造型生產(chǎn)條件下,摩擦面缺陷類型主要表現(xiàn)為夾渣缺陷。通過缺陷成因分析和工藝改進(jìn),摩擦面夾渣缺陷大幅度減少,剎車盤成品率達(dá)到99.8%,內(nèi)在和外在質(zhì)量顯著提高,滿足了外商對(duì)高鐵剎車盤的綜合質(zhì)量要求。
[Abstract]:Brake disc is an important part of high-speed braking system. Its casting quality determines the braking effect of high-speed railway. By machining the castings, it is found that the main types of friction surface defects are slag inclusion defects under the production conditions of resin sand stack box. By analyzing the causes of the defects and improving the process, the defects of slag inclusion on the friction surface are greatly reduced, the finished product rate of the brake disc reaches 99.8, and the internal and external quality is improved significantly, which meets the comprehensive quality requirements of the foreign investors for the high-speed iron brake disc.
