鈦制壓力容器的室溫蠕變極限載荷研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)工業(yè)純鈦的室溫蠕變等時應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線,應(yīng)用有限元方法研究了鈦制壓力容器的蠕變極限載荷。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著室溫蠕變時間的增加,壓力容器蠕變極限載荷由快速下降趨于緩慢下降。以圓筒型壓力容器為例,詳細(xì)分析了徑比K對極限載荷的影響規(guī)律,給出了室溫蠕變極限載荷的預(yù)測公式。該公式能夠體現(xiàn)蠕變時間對極限載荷的劣化作用,以及許用應(yīng)變和徑比K對極限載荷的影響。
[Abstract]:According to the isothermal stress-strain curve of the industrial pure titanium, the creep limit load of the titanium pressure vessel is studied by the finite element method. It is found that the creep limit load of the pressure vessel tends to decrease slowly with the increase of the room temperature creep time. The cylinder type pressure vessel is used as an example to analyze the K pair of diameter ratio in detail. The prediction formula of the creep limit load at room temperature is given. The formula can reflect the deterioration of the creep time to the ultimate load, and the effect of the allowable strain and diameter ratio of K on the ultimate load.
