基于CA法的高溫合金IN690管材擠壓變形動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶組織演變規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:采用元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)(CA)方法對高溫合金IN690管材擠壓變形過程中動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶組織演變規(guī)律進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬研究。確定了位錯(cuò)密度模型、回復(fù)模型、形核模型、晶粒長大模型等。分析了擠壓變形過程中動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶的過程,得到了變形過程中的晶粒形態(tài)、分布、取向和尺寸。結(jié)果表明,在相同擠壓比條件下,管壁外部的平均晶粒尺寸小于管壁中部;在管材的相同部位,隨著擠壓比的增大,平均晶粒尺寸減小。平均晶粒尺寸的數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的相對誤差小于16.6%。
[Abstract]:The dynamic recrystallization microstructure evolution of superalloy IN690 tubes during extrusion deformation was studied numerically by cellular automata (CA) method. Dislocation density model, recovery model, nucleation model and grain growth model are determined. The dynamic recrystallization process during extrusion deformation was analyzed. The grain morphology, distribution, orientation and size were obtained. The results show that the average grain size outside the tube wall is smaller than that in the middle of the tube wall under the same extrusion ratio, and the average grain size decreases with the increase of extrusion ratio in the same part of the tube. The relative error between the numerical simulation and experimental results of average grain size is less than 16.6.
