M42熱處理中淬火溫度對碳化物轉變機制的影響

【摘要】:以精鍛M42噴射成形高速鋼為原料,通過熱處理正交試驗,優(yōu)化了材料熱處理工藝,并分析了不同熱處理制度下材料顯微組織、硬度、抗彎強度及碳化物的演變規(guī)律。結果顯示,最佳熱處理工藝為:淬火保溫溫度1180℃,回火溫度540℃,回火3次,每次1 h。該工藝下,M42洛氏硬度達到67.2 HRC,抗彎強度達到3115 MPa。淬火保溫溫度通過控制M_6C型碳化物的溶解量,影響最終碳化物的尺寸。淬火溫度為1190℃時,M_6C型碳化物充分溶解,回火過程碳化物均勻彌散析出。
