熱處理對(duì)3D打印模具性能的影響

【摘要】:采用不同工藝對(duì)3D打印小型3Cr2W8V鋼模具進(jìn)行了熱處理,并進(jìn)行了耐磨損性能和熱疲勞性能測(cè)試與對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:熱處理有利于提高3D打印3Cr2W8V鋼模具的耐磨損性能和熱疲勞性能,優(yōu)選的熱處理工藝為:150 MPa/350℃×1 h熱等靜壓處理后500℃×2 h熱處理的復(fù)合熱處理。與未經(jīng)熱處理的模具相比,復(fù)合熱處理能使模具的25℃磨損體積減小75%,350℃磨損體積減小82%,熱疲勞裂紋級(jí)別從9級(jí)變?yōu)?級(jí)。
