回火溫度對22MnB5高強(qiáng)鋼組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:通過拉伸和撕裂試驗(yàn)及SEM、斷口和EBSD晶粒觀察,研究了不同回火溫度對22MnB5鋼力學(xué)性能、顯微組織、斷口形貌及晶粒尺寸的影響。結(jié)果表明:在420~720℃范圍內(nèi),淬火試樣隨回火溫度升高,強(qiáng)度降低,韌性增加,吸能性能提升;單位面積裂紋形核功與回火溫度線性無關(guān)。淬火試樣420℃回火后,部分馬氏體開始回復(fù),析出碳化物;溫度升高至620℃時,馬氏體消失,形成鐵素體,碳化物長大。原始試樣斷口韌窩大且深,淬火試樣斷口出現(xiàn)大量解理面;420℃回火后斷口形貌為韌窩和解理面,620℃回火后斷口形貌為細(xì)小均勻的韌窩。原始試樣淬火后晶粒變小,最大值從10.246μm減小至2.934μm,回火后尺寸峰值向右移動,晶粒長大,出現(xiàn)少量直徑小于1μm的晶粒。
