鑄錠成分對(duì)TC4鈦合金相變點(diǎn)及鍛造組織的影響

【摘要】:分析了經(jīng)VAR法3次熔煉的TC4鑄錠橫、縱向成分,并用理論公式計(jì)算出鑄錠不同部位的相變點(diǎn)。分析了相變點(diǎn)的變化差異,并對(duì)比了相變點(diǎn)的計(jì)算值和實(shí)測(cè)值。結(jié)果表明,實(shí)驗(yàn)鑄錠不同部位相變點(diǎn)差別很大,最高約20℃,差異最大點(diǎn)在鑄錠冒口端。
[Abstract]:The transverse and longitudinal compositions of TC4 ingot after 3 times melting by VAR method were analyzed and the phase transition points of different parts of the ingot were calculated by theoretical formula. The difference of phase transition point is analyzed, and the calculated and measured values are compared. The results show that the phase transition points in different parts of the ingot vary greatly, the maximum is about 20 鈩,
