基于實例推理的數(shù)控滾齒加工工藝數(shù)據(jù)庫的開發(fā)與研究
[Abstract]:In the machinery industry, gear hobbing is a common method of machining gear, its processing factors are more complex, the processing technology depends mostly on the workers' experience, and it has not formed a more standard processing system. These problems bring trouble to the less experienced workers. Considering these problems, the hobbing processing based on case reasoning is established. The process database is applied to the hobbing process. The processing of the new workpiece is solved by the data and experience accumulated in the past. It provides an effective solution to solve the difficulties in the processing of the new workpiece. At the same time, the access of the cloud storage platform can effectively store a large amount of process data and realize the distribution of the process data. Data storage and data sharing. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. the basic concepts of the database, the design process, the comprehensive comparison of several embedded database management systems, and the final selection of SQLite as the database management software are selected.
