Fe-C-Ta三元系相關(guān)系的實驗測定與熱力學(xué)計算

【摘要】:采用差熱分析(DTA)測定了Fe-C-Ta三元系中Fe-XC-0.1Ta和Fe-XC-0.5Ta 2個垂直截面,并選取Fe-2.93C-0.1Ta和Fe-2.31C-0.5Ta 2種合金,對其相變過程進行了分析。利用CALPHAD方法,并結(jié)合實驗數(shù)據(jù)對該體系的相關(guān)系進行了熱力學(xué)優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,計算結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果符合較好。該體系富鐵角的液相面投影存在4個四相恒溫反應(yīng):Liquid+bcc?fcc+Ta C,Liquid?bcc+Fe_2Ta+Ta C,Liquid?Fe_3C+Ta C+fcc,Liquid+Ta_2C?Ta C+Fe_2Ta,反應(yīng)溫度分別為1443.26、1413.90、1122.42及1508.64℃。Fe-XC-0.1Ta合金和Fe-XC-0.5Ta合金在726.6℃發(fā)生共析反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Two vertical sections of Fe-XC-0.1Ta and Fe-XC-0.5Ta in Fe-C-Ta ternary system were measured by differential thermal analysis (DTA). Two kinds of alloys, Fe-2.93C-0.1Ta and Fe-2.31C-0.5Ta, were selected to analyze the phase transformation process. The phase relationship of the system was optimized by CALPHAD method and experimental data. The results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. There are four phase isothermal reactions in the liquid surface projection of iron rich angle in this system: 1: liquid bcc?fcc Ta / C liquid / BCC / Ta / C / C / C / C / T / C / C / C\% C\%\
