時(shí)效工藝對(duì)AerMet100鋼強(qiáng)韌性能的影響

【摘要】:采用正常時(shí)效、預(yù)時(shí)效+正常時(shí)效、雙時(shí)效等多種時(shí)效工藝對(duì)熱鍛后的Aer Met100鋼進(jìn)行熱處理,研究時(shí)效工藝對(duì)Aer Met100鋼回火組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:正常時(shí)效處理后Aer Met100鋼的抗拉強(qiáng)度較高(1978 MPa),但是沖擊韌性較低(沖擊功74J);雙時(shí)效處理后沖擊韌性較高(沖擊功102J),但是抗拉強(qiáng)度較低(1662 MPa);經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)時(shí)效+正常時(shí)效(510℃×30 min,+482℃×5 h)處理得到優(yōu)良的強(qiáng)韌性能,其抗拉強(qiáng)度為1946 MPa,沖擊功為104 J。強(qiáng)韌性提高的原因是:510℃預(yù)時(shí)效促進(jìn)了C原子擴(kuò)散,提高了膜狀逆轉(zhuǎn)奧氏體含量及其穩(wěn)定性,有利于韌性的改善;同時(shí),預(yù)時(shí)效保溫時(shí)間短(≤30 min),析出相M2C未與基體脫離共格關(guān)系,析出的強(qiáng)化作用提高了強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:The effect of aging process on the tempering microstructure and mechanical properties of Aer Met100 steel after hot forging was studied by using various aging processes such as normal aging, preaging normal aging, double aging and so on.
