激光噴丸對Ti-6Al-4V鈦合金中高溫性能影響研究

【摘要】:為了研究激光噴丸對中高溫條件下Ti-6Al-4V鈦合金殘余應力、微觀硬度及金相組織演變的影響,采用高功率、短脈沖Nd∶YAG激光器對Ti-6Al-4V鈦合金表面進行了激光沖擊,并將沖擊后的試樣分別置于400℃,500℃,550℃和600℃的溫度下進行了1h的保溫處理。利用X射線衍射儀對強化區(qū)域的殘余應力進行了檢測,通過掃描電鏡及透射電鏡對微觀組織進行表征,探究了強化效果與晶粒尺寸、位錯運動間的聯系。結果表明,激光噴丸處理在試樣表層誘導產生較大幅值殘余壓應力,顯微硬度提高;經550℃熱處理1h后,殘余應力影響層深約為100μm;經400℃、600℃熱處理1h后,試樣表層微觀硬度分別下降了8.3HV和20.1HV;熱處理后,晶粒尺寸總體呈現增大趨勢。激光噴丸處理可以有效提高Ti-6Al-4V鈦合金中高溫力學性能。
