5083鋁合金高溫變形行為及加工圖

【摘要】:采用Gleeble-3800熱模擬機對5083鋁合金進行高溫等溫壓縮實驗,研究該合金在變形溫度為300~500℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.0l~10.0 s-1條件下的流變行為,建立合金高溫變形的本構(gòu)方程和加工圖,采用電子背散射衍射(EBSD)分析變形過程中合金的組織特征。研究結(jié)果表明:流變應(yīng)力隨變形溫度升高而降低,隨應(yīng)變速率增大而升高;當變形溫度為400~500℃時,合金發(fā)生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶;5083鋁合金的高溫流變行為可用Zener-Hollomon參數(shù)描述,該合金在真應(yīng)變?yōu)?.6時的加工圖中存在2個失穩(wěn)區(qū)域,其優(yōu)選的加工條件是變形溫度為420~500℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.01~0.10 s-1。
