汽車活塞銷的擠壓工藝優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:采用不同工藝擠壓了ASTM 1045鋼制汽車活塞銷,并進(jìn)行了25℃室溫和500℃高溫下的耐磨損性能試驗(yàn)與分析。結(jié)果表明,隨模具預(yù)熱溫度從160℃增大至240℃,擠壓溫度從500℃增大至700℃,或擠壓速度從270 mm/min增大至390 mm/min,汽車活塞銷的室溫和高溫磨損體積均先減小后增大,室溫和高溫耐磨損性能均先提高后下降。活塞銷的最佳擠壓工藝參數(shù)為:220℃模具預(yù)熱溫度、675℃擠壓溫度和360 mm/min擠壓速度。
