彈簧鋼60Si2MnA表面脫碳規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:研究了加熱溫度、加熱時(shí)間對(duì)彈簧鋼60Si2Mn A脫碳厚度的影響,分析了脫碳組織形貌演化規(guī)律,運(yùn)用菲克第二定律討論了脫碳厚度與加熱溫度、保溫時(shí)間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:加熱溫度在低于650℃以下,60Si2Mn A是不發(fā)生脫碳的;當(dāng)加熱溫度達(dá)到700℃以上,脫碳層厚度隨著加熱溫度的升高和保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而逐漸增加的;加熱溫度在700~900℃之間,可以形成明顯的全脫碳層,且隨著保溫時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),全脫碳層厚度是逐漸增加的,全脫碳層厚度隨著溫度的升高是先增大后減小。加熱溫度為800℃時(shí),全脫碳層厚度達(dá)到最大值。
[Abstract]:The effects of heating temperature and heating time on the decarburization thickness of spring steel 60Si2Mn A were studied. The evolution law of decarburization microstructure was analyzed. The relationship between decarburization thickness and heating temperature and holding time was discussed by using Fick's second law.
