PC50型數控鏜銑床升級改造

【摘要】:PC50型數控鏜銑床是西安煤機公司從美國進口的數控機床,是公司加工搖臂、牽引部、連接架等部件的主要設備。經過二十多年使用,機床可靠性和加工精度降低,控制系統(tǒng)老化,故障高。本文在西安煤機公司PC50型數控鏜銑床升級改造專項支持下,對升級改造的關鍵技術進行研究,使機床恢復到同類型新購設備相同的加工能力。本文主要從以下三個方面對機床升級改造過程進行論述:(1)檢測PC50型數控鏜銑床技術參數現狀,綜合分析,制定升級技術要求,完成總體機床升級改造整體方案設計。在此基礎上,確定詳細的機械單元維修、電氣改造、升級改造方案。(2)研究制定詳細的機床伺服驅動、數控系統(tǒng)升級改造方案,完成驅動電機、滾珠絲杠、軸承、測量等關鍵部件選型設計,選擇合適的數據系統(tǒng)并開發(fā)調試。(3)針對機床升級技術要求,根據選配的全新數控、電氣硬件,對機床電氣控制部分進行設計,分析原有機床動作順序與流程,完成機床輔助動作、保護裝置、液壓系統(tǒng)等功能單元的控制程序開發(fā)工作。本文所研究的升級改造技術,有效提升了PC50型數控鏜銑床的功能和加工精度,達到了預期目標,也為西安煤機公司后續(xù)設備升級改造積累了經驗。
[Abstract]:PC50 type NC boring and milling machine is imported from the United States by Xi'an Coal Machine Co., Ltd. It is the main equipment of the company to process rocker arm, traction part, connecting frame and so on. After more than 20 years of use, the machine tool reliability and machining accuracy are reduced, the control system is aging, and the fault is high. With the support of PC50 type NC boring and milling machine of Xi'an Coal Machine Company, the key technology of upgrading and transformation is studied in this paper, so that the machine tool can be restored to the same processing capacity as the same type of newly purchased equipment. This paper mainly discusses the upgrading process of machine tool from the following three aspects: (1) detecting the status quo of technical parameters of PC50 type NC boring and milling machine, synthetically analyzing, formulating the upgrade technical requirements, and completing the overall scheme design of upgrading and upgrading of the overall machine tool. On this basis, the detailed mechanical unit maintenance, electrical transformation and upgrading scheme are determined. (2) the detailed machine tool servo drive, numerical control system upgrade plan, drive motor, ball screw, bearing, The key parts such as measurement are selected, the suitable data system is selected and the debugging is developed. (3) according to the new NC and electrical hardware, the electrical control part of the machine tool is designed according to the technical requirements of the machine tool upgrade. This paper analyzes the sequence and flow of the original machine tool, and completes the development of the control program of the function unit of the machine tool auxiliary action, protection device, hydraulic system and so on. The upgrading technology studied in this paper has effectively improved the function and machining accuracy of PC50 type NC boring and milling machine, achieved the expected goal, and accumulated experience for the subsequent equipment upgrading and transformation of Xi'an Coal Machine Company.
